General Refund Policy

No Refunds to Original Payment Method: Once a deposit has been made, there is no way to reverse it. You must use your balance on orders from SMM Panel Pro.

Refunds to Balance: If an order is non-deliverable (e.g., the server is down), we will refund the credit to your SMM Panel Pro account balance.

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is sent to the server automatically and cannot be cancelled by the user.

If you place an order by mistake, we cannot guarantee a cancellation or refund.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

Private Accounts: If you place an order for a Private account, the order may be marked as completed without delivery. No refund will be issued.

Wrong Links: We do not offer refunds if you input the wrong link.

Overlapping Orders: Do not place two orders for the same link at the same time. The system may count them as one, and no refund will be provided for the missing amount.

Drops & Refills

Social media platforms frequently update their algorithms. Follower/Like counts may drop.

If a service is marked as "Refill Guaranteed," please open a support ticket for a refill.

If a service is "No Refill," no compensation will be provided for drops.
